I have given 5 stars because of the way the staff at the Rochdale road branch treated my husband and myself, especially Pam Ashton, what wonderful lady. She was kindness itself, giving advice on sizes of necklaces, and explaining on how to order on line.

Lovely bangle great value for money . Speedy delivery.

Got it quick but the necklace is tangled in knotted probably over 30 knots and impossible to return me being the idiot I give it to my partner without assessing it to her being happy with the gift to then very upset due to her finding the item faulty it looked like it was a return as there was fingerprints on the jewelry and just chucked in the box not even put in correctly

I have bought two rings now from William May Jewellers and been very happy with both, from the price paid to the quality, delivery and communications. I live down an un-adopted road and often have issues with deliveries, the recent item was delivered to the wrong address, I spoke with Daniel from Daniel May who was incredibly reassuring and helpful and ensured I got my delivery. I work in customer service and rarely get a thanks but I rarely say thank you too, but on this occasion I feel Daniel needs a mention for being just great.

I first stumbled across William May via FB and though I don’t live local to them just by looking at their products online I knew I wouldn’t be disappointed. I did leave a very short window for my specific request however they kindly manage to re size a ring that I wished to purchase for my Son’s special birthday , I also purchased a chain for him too. Both were outstanding, quality products and I / my Son were thrilled to bits when the items arrived in their lovely presentation boxes . He is wearing both items with pride ! Staff were very helpful on the phone and via e-mail and I will definitely be purchasing more items from them in the future. Also a great , secure DPD delivery service.
